Jonathan Hoehn, Principal
With over 15 years of experience, Jonathan Hoehn has built a proven career in commercial real estate investment and asset repositioning. As the principal of Hoehn Capital, he has led the acquisition, management, and disposition of multiple high-performing properties across Colorado—consistently generating returns in excess of market. His strategic insight, hands-on leadership, and operational discipline have been central to each project’s success. Jonathan is also the founder and president of HMG, Inc., a South Denver-based property management firm known for its reliability and results. His integrated approach continues to create long-term value for investors, tenants, and the communities his properties serve.
Stanley Hoehn, MD, Partner
Stanley is a physician entrepreneur and seasoned investor who brings a rare blend of analytical precision and operational insight to Hoehn Capital. With decades of experience in healthcare and executive leadership, he offers a deep understanding of systems, scalability, and sustainable growth. Stanley founded and currently serves as Medical Director of KC Bariatric, one of the nation’s most successful bariatric surgery centers and has played a key role in developing internationally recognized healthcare ventures. His disciplined, research-driven investment philosophy aligns seamlessly with the Hoehn Capital value-oriented approach, and anchors the firm’s commitment to strategic, long-term growth.
